The internet has a variety of sites where ratings can be given and searched. One site that is backed by the likes of HGTV and the DIY Network is Kudzu.com.
A quick search for our favorite home builder shows a below par average rating of one and a half stars (seven reviews total). You can take a look yourself by clicking on over to Kudzu.com.
Kudzu claims to “gives you honest, uncensored feedback on millions of businesses from homeowners”, but as with any review site, you need to take the ratings with a grain of salt. Think about it – how often do you go out of the way to rate a great experience as opposed to a negative one? Case in point: MistakablyPremier.wordpress.com. If we were happy with our Premier Homes experience, we doubt we’d go to the lengths of creating a blog about it…
